Battery lasts for ages, portable, customisable programs that help you reduce tension and soreness. This can be used as a warm up or muscle recovery tool. I don’t tend to use the TENS muscle option but I regularly use the massage options. I like that you’re able to set different programs and intensities to run simultaneously between pairs of electrodes, super handy if used on different body parts.

Instructions aren't all that clear especially how to get out of DIY,but works well.

Use this for restless legs. It did help plenty of settings and am really happy.

Compact in size, light and not bulky. The machine is easy to use but read the instructions so you know what each button does. I have several machines and this one is easy to work and holds it's charge very well.

Love mine, loaned it to my daughter & she liked it so much I bought her one to as well. Great battery life, very versatile & easy to use

Have had painful back problems for year and have tried all sorts of treatment. Ordered this to try... wow what a revelation !! Love it. Can use this on my back and easy the pain. My back usually stifffens and upper back muscles hirt when walking but if I use this while walking it's a whole new ball game. I would highly remcommend it. It's not a cure but has helped me enormously

This is a great unit with very good power output and a great battery life. However, I have now had 3 of these units of which none of them work properly. All 3 units had power going to 2 pads rather than the 4 the unit supports. Really disappointed as it's a great little product. The images below show the 3 model numbers of the units. Two are the same number and one is a different model number. In all cases only 1 pad each side received power.

I had one of these like 20 years ago that worked fairly well, but it broke a long time ago. I bought another one off of amazon maybe 7 yrs ago and it was so painful to use, it just didn't work right. I was reluctant to try another, but knowing I used to have a good one and my chiropractor has a good one, I knew it was a matter of trying them and reading reviews to find a good one. THIS IS IT!!! I'm in LOVE with the way this one works and the features that it offers!!! I have mostly only used it on #1 because it's good enough to stimulate without over doing it. I tried bumping it up to 4 once, but it seemed to feel better on #1 or #2, so I went back down. It works well, offers pain relief, and I believe this unit is a Wonderful Value for the money when it makes me feel better!! I love the different settings, and what's amazing to me is that it actually feels just like the descriptions... it's like there's a massage therapist actually doing those things!! I don't know how they program electric-stim with that type of feeing, but it's just WONDERFUL!! If you want a good machine at a decent price, this is it! I can't speak for longevity yet; but so far, it's held the charge and I've used it several times on that charge, so it's good enough for me! I hope it keeps working for a long, LONG time into the future!!
