Great product
This gets used daily in our home. We have it on the kitchen island and my kids can watch some Bluey while they eat their breakfast (all my kids are very young still). My wife and I both work and this is great to keep them occupied for short periods of time. We also use it daily for asking random questions for cooking or the weather or whatever else we need. We have used it to make some video calls while I have been at the office and I can see and talk to my kids. The camera is a great babysitter and my boys can be a little rambunctious and we can keep an eye on them while out of the room. My only gripe with the camera is you have to be on the same wifi network to be able to use it, so I can't check in on things while out of the house.

The Google nest was in working order, but very dirty.
When I received an item that was used, I thought Amazon would look over the item to make sure it was in full working order. Obviously whoever handled it had very dirty fingers! Some of the fingers smudges were on the fabric over the base I’m afraid to use any chemicals to try to get them out, it works fine, but I did not expect this from Amazon. Google Nest Hub Max (GNHB) 10"
I bought this used and it was about $80 below the new price. It looks and works nice so it seems like a good buy. I have had it for about 2 months and it works perfectly. If I had any gripe it seems like it does not work independently of my phone or tablet. Maybe there is something I need to learn to make it work more independently. I mean that I cannot download apps to it. I have to download an app and cast it to the GNHB. I feel like I should be able to download Tablo and view YouTube independently from my phone. For YouTube, it seems to only show me videos of old movies as options, but I can cast anything I find on my phone. I can see my Aqara and other automations. That is pretty cool. I also thought I could disconnect the screen from the speaker but maybe I was getting it confused with the Alexa one. My bad!

Works well
It works like it's supposed to but arrived from the third part dealer with what I can only guess was kitchen grease on it.
