I bought the 4C Energy Rush PSD with Electrolytes Variety Pack because coffee and I are no longer on speaking terms. This stuff showed up and immediately stepped into the role like a professional. First off, the flavors. None of them taste like a science experiment or a melted vitamin aisle, which already puts this ahead of half the energy drinks I have regretted purchasing in my life. They are light, clean, and actually refreshing instead of aggressively sweet. Energy-wise, it is more “I am alert and functional” and less “my hands are vibrating and I can see through time.” No crash, no weird aftertaste, and no sudden need to apologize to coworkers for being too intense. The electrolyte angle is legit too. I drink one of these and suddenly feel like I made a responsible life choice. Like I might stretch later or drink water on purpose. Perfect for mornings, long afternoons, road trips, or pretending you are hydrating while absolutely not exercising. Will absolutely buy again. If you are tired, dehydrated, or just emotionally exhausted by life, this stuff delivers.

I like having the variety pack, because I don’t get tired of one flavor, and most of them taste really good mixed with cold water. The added electrolytes are a nice bonus, especially for long days, workouts, or when I’m feeling a bit run down. They’re easy to toss in a bag, and one stick gives a noticeable energy boost without making me feel too jittery. For the price and the amount you get (40 sticks), it’s a solid value. I’ll definitely be reordering.

I got into a routine for a while of spending a relative fortune on canned energy drinks so when I found these I was elated by the savings I would be getting. They mix well and provide the boost I need at a very reasonable cost. The only downside is they're so easy to use and tasty that I am probably going through them too quickly. Haha!

So far, I have only tasted the Strawberry flavor. While it's not the greatest taste, it's good enough. I rate this product four stars because I got a pretty good caffeine lift just from drinking half of the bottle which is about the equivalent of one cup of coffee, so you can say that I'm getting 80 servings from one 40 pack box for about $10.00. For those who prefer to drink the entire bottle, you're still getting 40 servings. Overall, I feel good about getting a terrific value.

Got this to cut down on sugar, (too many red bulls!!) These taste good and seem to mix fully when I put them in water. I tried some powders that don't dissolve all the way. But yeah. Give this a shot if your trying to cut down. One word of advice. These have like 200mg of caffeine in them. You might want to try half of the powder in your water first.

These little pockets of energy are great! They taste incredible and mix very well. And you don’t “crash” with these! Ithink they are better than Celsius powder. Also love that they are sugar free

These are PERFECT. The combination of caffeine & hydration is ideal. They don’t have that bad energy drink taste. I mix them with 24 oz and add ice. They taste closer to Kool aid but not too sugary for an adult palette. 10/10. No notes.
