ArgetaPate Spread, Chicken, 3.35oz (Pack of 1)

So what the heck is this stuff? The can is filled with salted, blended chicken pate spread. It does NOT have a strong taste. It goes well with fresh bread, and I've had it for lunch with cheese or a thinly sliced tomato. You can find it in some grocery stores, especially national US stores that offer great value (like Amazon). I keep some on hand to eat for lunch, and I would serve it to guests if I know that they eat meat. I've not tired the other varieties... just chicken. Spicy chicken is great too, and is not very spicy.

Just delicious. I grew up back in my country eating argeta on bread and when I get nostalgic, I just ordered it from Amazon. Yum.

This is spread that is easy to open, fantastic taste and is spreads easy and evenly! Very good quality and reasonably priced

This popped up when I was looking for chicken liver. I ordered 2 cans to try. It is really delicious. I think the livers are included in the mixture. I think I am tasting them. It spreads well. I'm ordering more right now.The price jumped from $2.13 to $7.99 per can overnight. No way

I can't find chopped chicken liver in a can, like we had when I was a kid. So, tried to find something similar.I refrigerated the can before I was going to use it; some other reviews suggested it was foamy.It is very soft. I think the refrigeration helped.It tasted pretty good. But, tastes like pork liverwurst, not like chicken. It's expensive and nothing like I was hoping for. But that's on me.

Love argeta! It’s my favorite product since from childhood!

I was happy to find it on Amazon. I've been looking for it in specialty stores for twice the price. Excellent value and excellent flavor.
