Not happy with this product
I have used coir before with no problem, but these bricks are so hard that they refused to hydrate. They had to be chopped up dry and even then didn’t fully expand.

Easy to use and great for starting seeds. Soil is so soft and breedable keeps the moist moisture.

Plastics in Coco Coir
Sadly has plastic particles in the coco coir blocks. Using Organic in the title is pretty deceptive. Shame on me for falling for this. Do not recommend unless you don't care about plastics in medium.

No as advertised.
Did not expand as stated. Followed directions and did not even expand to 1 gallon. Not the 2.25 it says. Picture is a 5 quart bucket.

Not as advertised!!!
Does not work as advertised. I would not buy again. The bricks do not expand. I put a brick in a 5 gallon bucket with water and it barely made a gallon of soil. Then I added a brick let it sit over night. Mixed it up a few times and it is almost 2 1/2 gallons now. The pictures are 2 bricks mixed and left out overnight.

It never ceases to amaze me how much this product expands when water is added. It amends the soil well and helps maintain moisture for plants

Waste of Money
Do Not buy this product . It’s NOT 100% coco coir . What the hell is ground up in it ? Feels synthetic like carpet . I bought this to mix with my Tortoises bark substrate . What a nightmare . I’m furious
