I'm always with back pain so I use these patches, they work when others haven't. They are big so I cut them in half to use one on top and one at the bottom of back. Follow instructions because they can burn your skin if you don't give the area a rest. Since I'm always in pain, I'd use them more than I should have and at times would get burn so would them have to remove them. I feel the heat working and relieving some of the pain. They help me

If you move around they do not stay in place. I've had to tape them in place. If you're working they get plenty hot, and have helped with my nerve pain. Just wish they would stick and stay.

These patches really work. I had a very bad pain in my knee. I cut a piece that fitted my knee and after 15 minutes I started to feel the heat, and one hour later the pain was gone 90 percent. It is very effective. Quality very good. Recommended 💯
