I’ve had it for 5 months now and very happy with this purchase. It’s a quiet machine and only makes noise when making the coffee, which is great if you have pets with sensitive ears. My pet rabbit is super chill when I make my espresso. I like that this machine can be used with either ground coffee or capsules. It comes with different attachments and can be used to make coffee with capsules made for Nespresso (the original kind capsules) or Keurig. I’ve used the steamer a few times for guests as I don’t use creamer in my espresso, but can attest that the steamer is very powerful and steams and froths cold milk in less than 10 seconds; it’s also easy to clean. The version I bought didn’t come with the metal milk carafe for steaming, thus, I used a regular mug to steam milk on a lower setting, so it doesn’t splash or burn my hand (the cup I used is not made for milk steaming). This machine is made to be used with the original size espresso cups, which are small in size. Personally, I don’t like handles on my cups, so I use a small tea cup as shown in my video. I just shared a link to this listing with my friend who was impressed when I made her a cappuccino and wants to buy one herself, and I was surprised to read other people’s reviews and using large coffee mugs as shown in their pics, which are not made for espresso machines. You get a lot of value with this machine for nearly $100 and it’s worth every cent in my opinion. It is also super lightweight compared to other coffee machines I’ve owned throughout the years. It is so lightweight that it feels like a toy espresso machine, and initially I had my doubts about it, but it does work great, and it’s lasted me over 5 months now with daily use. As for use, the written directions are confusing, and I’d recommend not to read them and just figure it out by looking at the machine, which button is for what based on pictures and which attachment is for ground coffee, Nespresso capsule or Keurig capsule. The machine is designed to be intuitive and you can figure it out just by looking at the picture graphics on it. The first left button is On/Off, you press that one first (make sure to plug it in, haha), when the On/Off button stops blinking, your machine is ready to use. The next button is a single cup for 1 espresso, the next button has 2 cups shown for double espresso (dopio), the forth button is for steaming, press that one if you want your milk steamed and use the knob on the right of machine to adjust the pressure and steam by moving it counterclockwise. I felt the need to write this review and provide directions, because it is the most simple espresso machine I’ve ever had and it makes great espresso! I highly recommend it!

This is a beautiful and well-built coffee maker. Setup was quick and simple, and my first cup of espresso came out smooth with zero burnt taste. The flavor is clean and rich. The water reservoir has great capacity, and the machine is easy to clean and maintain. Definitely feels like a professional-quality espresso machine.

First of all, I should say that this espresso machine needs to get a lot more credit for the price of this machine (I paid about 100 on Amazon prime day) it is fantastic! The good: ✅it is functional. ✅size: It is small and will fit on the counter while under a kitchen cabinet, which does not happen in many other cases ♥️It is pretty ✅It doesn’t make too much noise ✅The water consumption tank is good for at least 2-3 full coffee cups. ✅The steamer is working properly. ⭐️Great feature: ⭐️ It also has the Nespresso capsules trick, which means it has a different arm cup holder for that, which is a really cool trick if you are feeling a little lazy and you don’t want to put the ground coffee in. 👎The bad: Coffee is not heating enough in my opinion, it is great to drink RIGHT AFTER it is ready, but will be cold very quick after. IT DOES NOT COME WITH A, PITCHER , which you would probably assume it does like I did, because it shows it in one of the photos. It is dripping after the machine was done, so you always have to have something under or just clean it more often. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. ☕️ the machine comes with two sizes of pot filter coffee baskets, small and medium, which is compatible for “Risteretto” and “Espresso”, if you are familiar with European/Italian measures, then you would know that in order to get the long version of espresso (LUNGO) you will need to hit the long one twice. Check out the photo I have added and you can see what I mean by that, so if you’re like me and Love Longo, you will need to hit it twice. Even so, it is not a perfect result because you’re not getting enough coffee in the bigger silver pot filter coffee basket for the “Lungo” version. I know it sounds confusing, just check out the photo that I added that would perfectly make sense then.. We got this one for Airbnb and we wanted to test run it and that’s why those little details don’t matter that much but I thought worth mentioning for people who appreciate the idea of drinking coffee, the right way. And whatever you do, for the love of God, do not clean it with soap, like ever. It’s a big no no. Kills their aroma and that machine from that moment should be thrown away. All in all I do recommend this machine as entry-level. It’s pretty nice and functioning well.

This Empstorm espresso machine works surprisingly well for the price. It heats up fast, the temperature gauge is clear, and the buttons are simple to use. The espresso has good crema, and the steam wand is strong enough for lattes and cappuccinos. Compact, easy to clean, and perfect for home use. Highly recommend!

Espresso machine looks brand new and it came in it's original box, however the steamer for the milk does not have enough pressure. The temperature and water at max , not enough steam. Contacted customer service and after going back and forth they told me to request a refund. Not even an option for a replacement. They would only refund the money when they see i have shipped the damaged one back to America. I'm in a rural area in south America and I go downtown every 4-5 weeks . Carries won't shipped to my area. Now I'm stuck without the espresso machine and no refund.

Loved this Expresso machine, easy to use, I can make my own lattes and cappuccinos at home, and not pay a lot for them at coffee shops, and the color is so beautiful, highly recommend.

This espresso machine has a lot of good going for it but has a major flaw. First the good: It looks nice, is simple to use, has a portafilter made for Nespresso style pods, and is very compact. I really enjoyed this machine right out of the box. Now for the flaw. At first it had a minor burnt plastic taste that I assumed was because it was new. But I've used it every day for a month and half and that burnt plastic taste has only gotten worse, overtaking the espresso and making for a nasty cup to drink. It also affects the milk frother, making it completely useless as all I can taste is plastic. I made a cup full of hot water for tea from this machine after a month of using it and I could smell the burnt plastic from 2 feet away from it. This was without using a portafilter, just the machine itself so it's something where the heating element is. I really liked that this machine offered the pod adaptor but it's not worth it since it ruins the flavor of everything it makes. Gevi makes an espresso machine that has this option as well and that may be my next option. I usually don't use pods but they are convenient when you don't have much time in the morning.

Bought this coffee maker and absolutely love it!! Had it almost 2 months now (bought after researching many and reviewing this one, because my usual go to brand for years didn't last a year this time!) I have never heard of this brand but don't let that deter you because it is a nice coffee maker! It's small and not bulky or oversized. It works great the coffee is so good in it and the stay on for 4 hours before it cuts off by itself feature I love because most coffeemakers only do 2 hours. I can't find any drawbacks from it it works great keeps you coffee hot it's a really high quality coffee maker for an affordable low price! So my impression/experience: Quality, size, price, appearance, function, all 5 stars!! Excellent!
