Defective Product – Hollyland Lark M2 Mic Not Working with GoPro 12 (Need Urgent Help)
I purchased the Hollyland Lark M2 Mic Combo Pack on October 10, 2025, and received it on October 15, 2025, through Amazon. Unfortunately, the mic does not work properly with my GoPro Hero 12. When connected using the TRS cable and 3.5mm GoPro adapter, it only produces a loud hissing noise and no clear voice or sound at all. I contacted Amazon customer care twice, and they advised me to reach out to Hollyland support. I emailed Hollyland, and they replied saying that the Lark M2 mic is not supported with GoPro. However, before purchasing, I clearly saw on Hollyland’s official website and in many YouTube reviews that it works perfectly fine with the GoPro Hero 12 — which is why I chose this product. This is very disappointing. I feel I received a defective or misleading product, and I request urgent help for a refund or replacement from Amazon and Hollyland. My replacement deadline is October 25, 2025, so please resolve this issue quickly.

one mic not working suddenly
when i was purchase this product in last year (2025) October month..now one mic is not working suddenly.. i have warrenty.. told to hollyland company and dealer also.. no use.. nobody help me.. waste my money.. kindly pepole don't buy this product.. for your refernce see this image..

Defective item received noise cancellation is not working
I received defective item where noise cancellation is not working and no replacement option is available and iam facing issues with this. I asked amazon for refund and return of the product.

Used one
Package arrived in an unclean condition, and all items inside were already opened. Since nothing was sealed, there is no assurance that the products were unused. Moreover, the stickers were not available.

HOLLYLAND LARK M2 Mic is NOT getting connected to the iPhone 14 and Android
I have received this product on 1st Dec 2025 I have been trying to connect this with my iPhone 14 and Android. GREEN LIGHT not seen while connecting Even Amazon is not giving option to EXCHANGE/ REPLACE. It redirects to HOLLYLAND website only. It’s totally monopoly of these two brands, HOLLYLAND and AMAZON
