The mint flavor can’t be missed. I like mint so it doesn’t bother me. Easy to consume. The smell is amazing. I have been seeking more “organic” vitamins so the value for your money is fine here. Haven’t noticed any huge differences, but alleviates taking many different vitamins.

Didn't take them longer than the first bottle so I can't say if there was any difference but they did not upset my stomach or have any other issues like other omega pills!

These are super cool and over all a good product. Super good minty taste, helped me with my overall daily energy. Very reasonably priced, and easy to use and swallow.

I like that Ritual is transparent about how they source the materials and create the products. The flavor tabs that they include in the containers are a great touch to make them have an appealing flavor and cut down on the burping for pills with fish oils or other elements. I started with the multivitamin which had a fresh mint flavor.It's interesting that they have an advanced design where different ingredients time release or where the pill is sectioned off to different ingredients.My favorite part is that on their website they have details about where they source the ingredients from.Ritual is a little pricey and it is too early to tell if I am experiencing benefits specifically due to this product, but I think the way they conduct business and the design makes them far above the competition.
