Brie Without The Hassle
Brie is my absolute favorite cheese. I use it on everything. However, I absolutely hate dealing with the outer grind. This takes that away. Simply remove the outer packaging and you have a beautiful piece of brie that is perfect for making a grilled cheese sandwich, or making appetizers(I recommend a small dollop of your favorite jam with a small piece of brie on a slice of French bread toasted). Brie is a tremendously useful and adaptable cheese. Because it's mild, it can be added to many things, even soup. It's also amazing for picnics with some French bread and slices of green apple. My local grocery store carries this, but it often sells out. So I went ahead and bought this multi pack because it will get used at my house, and now I can use it without worrying that I'm gonna run out. Highly recommend.
