Helps me beef up my immune system
Highly absorbable Vitamin D and K2 supplement. I take this with a 1/2 tsp of their liquid Zinc since Covid to help beef up my immune system since I am a health care worker. If you live in the US and do not live in a sunny state, I can guarantee you are not getting enough Vitamin D.
