This is a very good quality bench specially for the fair asking price. I'm absolutely thrilled with how sturdy the benches and how good it looks and my home gym. The cushion on the seat and backrest is the perfect thickness and provides very good support. A backrest has dew versus adjustment levels for varying degrees of incline. But my favorite part about the benches that the backrest does adjust to straight up for military pressing. I'm primarily using this bench as an auxiliary bench to do dumbbell work on. However I do think it would be sturdy enough to put underneath a Smith machine and use as a flat bench for heavyweight. I'm 5 ft 10 in tall way 170 and this bench has no problem handling me with 30 and 40 lb dumbbells. I cannot beat the price and the quality you get for this price. I'm definitely happy with my purchase and would recommend this bench.

What I don't like:- There is a decent sized gap between the 2 bench pieces when flat. Hits me right in the tailbone unfortunately. I work around this by rolling up a small towel and wedging it in there.- The bench adjusts positions with screw-in bolts, so it takes longer than I'd like. It would be better if there were pins instead of these screw knobs.- The foot piece isn't adjustable at all. So it's not in the ideal spot for me.All this said, it's a decent bench for the money. Very stable and sturdy while still being pretty lightweight. Really easy to put together.

I was impressed with the overall quality of the product. Easy to assemble. Have just started working out using the bench so over time I may find some drawbacks but for a home gym apparatus as a supplement to my visits to the gym this seems to "fit the bill". One initial negative is the lack of an adjustment for a decline bench press. Fully extended the angle is too great and makes doing DB Declines presses somewhat difficult. Give me a couple of weeks and I will report again.

I think I’m going to Iove it.....it was super to assemble I couldn’t figure out where to install the pin but I’ll revisit that later. It’s a little bulkier than I thought to store it. I do wish they had something to secure it when storing it. But overall I love how u can adjust the bench & store it. I haven’t used it yet I just put it together.

It’s not sturdy for bench press

I was happy to actually get a piece of work out equipment since all the stores seem to be out due to the pandemic. This bench fits nice in my workout station, it isn’t too big and bulky. The seat is nice and slim so it can fit in smaller spaces. I have a larger bench that primary my husband uses so it’s nice to finally have my own and it didn’t cost an arm and leg!

Easy to assemble, portable, and works well but definitely doesn't feel all that stable or sturdy for heavier people. My husband who is about 5'7 220 lbs says the seat wobbles and bends and says it will last maybe 3-5 years. For smaller people this would work fine. We will probably buy a more sturdy one down the line.

This has to be one of the easiest items I have ever assembled. Since I won't be going back to the gym this is perfect for building my tiny workout station in the corner of the garage. It is so versatile. I can do a complete upper body workout with just some dumbbells. Then I can convert the bench into a sit up bench and work on my core. I highly recommend this bench for the house. Now if I could just find some more inexpensive dumbbells.

Bought this gym set as a guy who is serious about his fitness, spends a lot of time working out, and does a relatively good job of beating up my fitness equipment from repetitive use. I've had very serious gym setups in my homes in the past, but moving to the city forced me to carve out nearly everything outside of some selector-weights, a stationary bike, and a bunch of bands and mats. On days where the schedule is too busy to allow me to hit the gym, I opt for the at-home setup, which is normally OK, but given the COVID-19 craziness, has put me in a relatively stagnated spot given I'm stuck doing the same exercises over and over. In comes the bench.If you combine a bench with your weights, it opens up a lot more ranges of motion. Bench setups can be very expensive, however, so I'm shy about dumping a lot of cash on something that, when gyms re-open, will be used a fraction of the time. I also wanted something with a subdued aesthetic - nothing too wild. This bench has fit the bill quite well.Foremost, it's a snap to put together. I wouldn't put it past anybody, even if they're not handy, to assemble this thing within a short amount of time. I did have to re-attach the back to the bench, but only needed a simple socket set to do that - and frankly, it wasn't bad enough to the extent that I couldn't have done it with a simple spanner wrench or something like that.The back and seat does tilt and rotate, doesn't move with a few snaps like a $500+ weight bench would, but the engineering on the adjusters seem well-enough.The back is comfortable, nothing too crazy. The padding works.The thing everyone is worried about is sturdiness. I load it to the maximum listed, 150KG, and try not to do explosive movements on it as the temporary weight may push it beyond its design limitations. I would not be comfortable going above the load limits.All-in-all, does the job and I'd recommend the bench to someone looking for a quick, cheap, does-the-job bench for lower weight exercises.

I am so pleased with this bench. Since the gyms were closed because of the virus, I bought gym equipment to make my own home gym. I wanted an adjustable bench for incline dumbbell presses that could withstand the weight and this bench is perfect. I'm 185lbs and each dumbbell is 45lbs so that's 275lbs total and the bench is study and doesn't move or wobble when I am lifting. It's very easy to adjust and putting it together was super easy since it comes half pre-assembled. All you have to do is put on the feet and pins. Good quality PU leather and metal tubing, it is not cheap or flimsy at all. The packaging was great, you can tell they made sure this thing wouldn't get roughed up during transport.If you are looking for an adujustable bench for lifting, this is an excellent choice. You won't find a better quality and sturdy adjustable bench for the price on Amazon.

After using it for ten days I am impressed and finally reviewing this bench as this is as great as adverstised.We are really glad with this purchase as the bench isvery comfortable to sit and to do any workouts. I am using it for 200lbs with dumbbells and have performed various workouts exercises on this bench.You can cover the whole chest exercises as decline and incline options are there not just on the backrest but also the seat, which is great. It was really easy to assemble and not that heavy that I could place it back to store room after my workout. Foot lock for sit ups is adjustable you can put it in different heights and the padded seating is actually really comfortable.The assembly was less than 15 min, I definitely recommend this bench.

I'm glad that I bought this bench for exercise. since I bought it, I have started exercising on regular basis. I have to admit that the quality of the bench, leather like material, metal and overall sturdiness is up to the mark. It has various incline and decline settings.You Can I use it for biceps triceps chest and back. So once again the quality of the bench is top notch. This is what you generally find in high end gym.Initially I was a bit hesitant as opposed to going in into brick and mortar store. Now when I look back. I feel that I'm that I made the right decision.Overall I would say I've used it for a few weeks now and I can easily recommend this to other.

I had pretty low expectations buying a workout bench for less than $200 but have been surprised by the sturdiness of the bench 2 weeks in. By no means is this a bench like one you will find at the gym, but for something this affordable and for casual working out where you are aware that you can't slam yourself around - it is a great piece of equipment. I would highly recommend this bench to someone who (like me) find themselves locked out of their gym for however long because of COVID and is trying to keep up as best one can at home.
