This pack contains four rods threaded their entire 150mm length to M8, and four M8 nuts. I have a simulator rig made from extruded aluminium section, and this M8 rod is ideal for securing components to it. I've got several 3D-printed mounting blocks and brackets which are a bit flimsy on their own, so this rod strengthens them and makes them really easy to fit and remove when I switch between racing and flight simulator modes. If the rod is too long, it's easy enough to cut with a hacksaw. Take care opening the pack, as the nuts are loose inside! Despite the basic packaging (which only goes in the bin anyway), I highly recommend this product.

The ten pieces of threaded rod arrived in a taped up bubble-lined envelope that was taped shut, which kept them all together and protected during shipping. There were exactly ten pieces inside and all of them measured 150mm long and are of consistent quality. They’ve been cut squarely and have been reasonably well deburred to the point that threading a nut onto them wouldn’t be an issue. I had no problems getting an M8 nut onto any of the threaded sections at all from either end of the rods. Despite the fact that these have been tidied up a bit there is still some roughness so I'd recommend taking a few seconds to deburr them if that's a concern. Ultimately, these are as expected and accurate to the product description and are well worth considering if you’re after some pre-cut lengths of M8 all-thread on short notice. My only minor complaint is that £14.99 is a lot of money for a total length of 1.5 metres rod when you can get several metres for around the same cost.

No issues with these threaded rod pieces. They are as described - M8 1.25's, good stainless, no burrs on the threads. I'd buy these again for small projects.

Easy to use and saves time instead of using ready rod.

These work well for use with end bearings and extending the distance from the control arm to the end of the arm. Plan on using them for controlling steering on a big PowerWheels project.

A million uses, so I won't go into what you can do with them. Their M8 sizing is correct and perfect threads along their entire length. Make sure you have the ability/facility to cut stainless easily. This won't be too much fun with a hand-held hack saw. Using these with pneumatic cylinders.

Not much to say really, they are well made, nice quality steel, no defects, and the ends are properly deburred. Should work well.
