This was a game changer after Achilles heel surgery. This is the same type my physical therapist used on me, and really helped to ice down the entire foot and ankle. Used it multiple times a day for weeks and it still looks new. Great addition to have in the home medical kit. It does get very cold so recommend you wear a lightweight sock or wrap foot in a thin cloth. The pump adds pressure and stays inflated. Great value for the price.

I broke my ankle and I was in a splint for 6 weeks then was put in a boot for 2 months. 1 month non weight bearing and 1 most with weight. Needless to say my skin was very irritated. I ordered this brace to keep my ankle secure while sleeping and relaxing just so my skin could heal. I was very scared to take the boot off but this brace made it will secure and erased my fears. It was easy to put on and I love that I can pump it up to be more secure. Some people have complained that the pump can't be removed but my ankle feels best in one position so I use the pump and wedge it to make my foot stay where I want it. Also it has gel pads that I use as extra support but as I start doing physical therapy I will probably put them in the freezer or if I want to heat them up. .

i hate amazon's vine program and believe they should get rid of it. people who get the products for free either always give 5 stars or (maybe thinking if they keep giving everything 5 stars they'll get cut from the vine program) come up with really nit-picky issues. i'm just a regular wife and mom who bought this product because i have an ankle injury. i went down the amazon rabbit hole doing research on all the different kinds on here and settled on this one because the price was fair and my doctor said i really needed strong compression - preferably adjustable compression - to help heal. i have small feet (size 6) and was concerned if it would fit being as it's a one size item. it did (can't see my toes when it's on but it fits just fine). it looks exactly like the seller's photos as you can also see from other reviewer's pics. it's easy to use (i also use it for hot therapy), well made, comfortable to wear, (gel packs are heavy - not in a bad way, in a very good way like a weighted blanket is), affordable and provides the key thing i needed - adjustable compression. highly recommend this ankle wrap.

I love the fact you can use this hot or cold, and it inflates to put more compression on it, just be careful not to over inflate , it is so worth the money! Coverage, performance, fit, ease of use , coldness and versatility

I purchased this to help with my surgery recovery. It worked fine for about three weeks and now it doesn’t hold the air pressure.

This is very well made. It is very heavy and bulky to wear. Maybe if it being worn by a larger person it would work better. I returned it.
