This system is amazing for my elderly parents! It gives them and me peace of mind for them to live alone. Any time they need anything, they know they can just push the button and it will alert me. It sends both a text message and a phone call. I was not happy about having to pay a monthly charge of $10 after the system was kind of pricey, but it’s worth it for the piece of mind.

Totally worth it. Was easy to set up and works well. This is a really innovative solution and the only thing like it that I’ve found. Allows me to keep an eye on things from out of state and send help if needed.

It was difficult to set up but the tech was excellent stepping me through everything. Such peace knowing my mom is able to connect to me any time of day or night

We installed Nomo for my parents after noticing my dad slowing down a bit health-wise. I live out of state, so I worry about them a lot. It’s been really reassuring to have something that helps me keep an eye on things without being intrusive. Would highly recommend!

I would recommend these to anyone that needs emergency safety ability for their elderly folks! Hands down the best I have found, so far! It has the emergency station that speaks to you if the button gets pushed, plus the necklace button, plus buttons for the bathroom. I bought extras and have them all over my house. Plus, the pricing is for one year of service and is way affordable for those on a very tight budget! It’s loud and clear! If the button gets pushed the call center calls, and also calls your cell phone if you are away. It will call several times before escalating the call to 911! That way, you don’t get charged (like others do) for accidental buttons being pushed because the parent touched it. Highly recommend.

Hello everyone. The primary reason for our purchase was the automatic fall detection feature of this product. Unfortunately, that feature did not work as expected. We ordered this product on October 1, 2025, and received it overnight. Kudos for Amazon on fast shipping. The setup process was reasonable, and the packaging included everything we needed. I tested the fall detection process by dropping the pendant onto the floor from various heights and it seemed to work correctly. A few days later my mother-in-law fell again while wearing the pendant and the system did not notify us as expected. I contacted customer service and had excellent telephone support. We tested the pendant again by dropping it to the floor and again it seemed to work. Unfortunately, on January 1, 2026, my mother-in-law fell once again, and this time broke her hip. The system did not detect the fall and did not notify us. I would not recommend purchasing this product. When I called today (March 15, 2026) to cancel the on-going service which I paid for an annual plan after the 30-day trial, the company was unable to provide me with a prorated refund. Overall bad purchase decision on our part.

We’ve been troubleshooting this product for a straight week as certain components are not working or are faulty. We have yet to resolve the matters.

It works perfectly! I do receive messages about the WiFi disconnecting. However, my grandmother states it was an issue before installation. Setup was easy to follow. Also there’s a monthly fee. It provides peace of mind knowing I can monitor my grandmother while she maintains her independence.
