So far so good, i like this product better than the roller, difficult to keep the roller balanced when needling, you can be a lot more precise with this derma stamp. The only problem is the cap for the head won't stay on.

On opening it is in a sealed package and adjusts from 0mm up to 3mm. Haven’t tried yet so will update if is functional or not. WARNING: 1. 3mm is for body, not face! Max for face depends on where you use it but usually never above 1.5mm or you may do damage (cheeks usually not above 1mm and nose less and generally avoid orbital rim) and start small and low till skin gets used to it and to see if you heal or get infections easily and how thin your skin is - e.g 0.5mm (can go deeper if doesn’t pierce for redness) to see how face reacts: wait couple of weeks then try deeper if went ok, then 2 weeks break. Be careful where get your advice online (Not just what I’ve written here) - some inept bloggers give incorrect advice so cross check your instruction sources. 2. Follow packaging instructions. 3. Avoid sun till skin is fully healed (new skin is vulnerable to UVs).

The product came exactly as described and is easy to use. Needle length can be easily adjusted by the dial at the tip of the handle and stays firmly on the correct setting. The needles are very sharp, only causing minimal discomfort to use (however i have only tried it up to 2mm) and can be fully retracted when not in use. I would say the product is overall of good quality, good value for only £10.

Has adjustment options from 0mm to 3mm, with an enclosure to keep the needles in when not in use. I soaked in isopropyl 70% for 20 minutes to clean, no damage to the plastic or anything, to drain of liquid retract the needles completely and shake. Very easy to use. High quality.

I emphasised this on the title for this to be used by professionals only as I can see the damage one can do to themselves if they are misinformed. Firstly, once a micro-needle cartridge has been used, it must be disposed and not used again, even on the same person, even if its for yourself as it can lead to serious skin issues. If used properly, this is a brilliant pen and is very effective. I'm no professional, but my friend is as she's done a course in this field and as such advised. This isn't for anyone just to pick one up and use and strongly suggest getting medical advice. This comes with 2 starter cartridges to get you going, but there is no advice on getting additional on the same listing, however a quick search on amazon for micro-needle cartridges brings up a host of other sellers with multiple types that will fit this pen, something worth knowing that you're not locked into just this particular type.

Currently testing this on my arm first whilst learning how to use it as although I know it can help with my rosacea , I'm worried about using it straight away on my face until I know what I'm doing as I'm not a pro. The downside is that it only comes with 2 needle cartridges so if you are buying it as someone with no knowledge , you will have to buy more of these to trial (which is not cheap!) because you can start using it. The machine itself though is easy to use..compact and not heavy. Branded and they sell a lot of these type of machines so I have more confidence in them than some others. Will update once I've practiced more to say how it's gone on the face 🤞

Bin bisher sehr zufrieden was die Funktion angeht. Habe es bisher 1x getestet. Das Gefühl des Pen auf der Haut ist das Selbe, wie im Kosmetikstudio. Natürlich zwickt es hier und da und meine Haut ist nach Gebrauch auch feuerrot, aber genau das soll es ja auch tun. Ich habe ein Vitamin C Serum eingeneedelt, um Pickelmale auf meiner Wange zu behandeln. (Siehe Bilder) Ob sich hier etwas tut, werde ich gern ergänzen. Lieferumfang: - Needling Pen mit Akku und Hülle - Batterie für den Netzbetrieb - Ladekabel mit Adapter - Bedienungsanleitung - 2 Nadelaufsätze mit 18 Nadeln - Aufbewahrungsbox In die praktische Aufbewahrungsbox passt alles hinein, um den Pen sauber und hygienisch zu verstauen. Für mich ein Großes Pro. Es ist auch noch genug Platz im Kästchen, um zusätzliche Nadeln dort unterzubringen. Also auch für Reisen gut geeignet. Nur ein Serum müsste dann in die Kulturtasche wandern. 😉 Der Pen an sich liegt gut in der Hand. Ist nicht zu schwer, zeigt aber durch sein Gewicht auch deutlich die Qualität, was bei dem Preis auch zu erwarten ist. Zur Anwendung: Ich reinige mein Gesicht, desinfiziere es (ich nutze Octenisept) und trage dann mit Handschuhen nach und nach ein Serum auf, welches ich dann Partie für Partie (Wangen, Kinn) jeweils horizontal, vertikal und 2 mal diagonal (Kinn, Oberlippe & Nase nur jeweils in 2 Richtungen) einarbeite. Danach desinfiziere ich mein Gesicht erneut und lasse das restliche Serum einziehen. Wer möchte kann nun noch eine beruhigende Vliesmaske (WICHTIG: keine Crememasken!!) auftragen. Zur Handhabung kann man im Internet einiges finden und es ist auch für ungeübte sehr leicht. Wichtig ist die Tage danach dringend einen LSF 50 zu nutzen und auf Peelings zu verzichten, aber auch dazu findet man viel online. Da ich wissen wollte, ob der Pen denn tatsächlich needelt und mir nicht alles zerkratzt habe ich nach der ersten Anwendung eine Tomate mit der benutzten Nadel geneedelt. Ich denke man kann sehr gut erkennen, dass dort viele kleine Einstiche auf der Tomate sind und keine Kratzer wie bei einigen anderen Geräten. Dementsprechend needelt dieses Gerät tatsächlich ziemlich gut. Einziger bisheriger Kritikpunkt: der Preis der Nadeln. Mit fast 3€/stk. deutlich teurer als im Fachhandel, was ich sehr schade finde, aber da man sowieso nur im Abstand von mindestens 2 Wochen needeln sollte ist das für den Heimgebrauch auch okay. Toll finde ich auch, dass man verschiedene Aufsätze dazu kaufen kann, hier hätte ich mir aber eine Mischauswahl zum testen oder schon beim Pen dabei jede einmal gewünscht. Ich werde diese Rezension aktualisieren was den Hautzustand der Pickelmale angeht. 😀

Attention pas pour débutant. Il faut savoir utiliser un minimum les aiguilles. On a vite fait de faire des dégâts si on ne fait pas attention. Je n'ai pas eu de problème car je connais se style d'appareil. Parfait!

Pour ma part c'est mon premier test de stylo microneedling donc j'ai pas de comparaison, mais celui ci fait très bien son travail . La batterie a duré facilement tout le temps du soin . J'ai facilement réglé l'intensité et la profondeur des aiguilles pour les différentes zones . Pour le produit j'ai pu vite ressentir le changement sur ma peau , elle est mieux hydraté, plus souple et nettement plus nette . Le rendu est vraiment top. J'en suis vraiment très contente . Pour le stylo on peu également s'en servir en mode filière.
