Is it suitable for vegetarian/vegan?

Yes, I asked the same question and owners confirmed the calcium is *not* derived from shellfish shells. Cannot remember if it is mined or plant based as it was sometime ago that I communicated with them. Apparently they use a high grade calcium that is key to their formula so they will never change the source of their calcium so formula will remain vegan.

Can this product be used by anyone?

I would not think so. There are exceptions to everything. This product does exactly as it says in my case, but it also works as a mild laxative. CalMag-C acknowledges on the container that their claim of health benefits "hasn't been evaluated by the FDA". This is a great company.
