I liked the simple installation, drill 1.25" hole in paver bricks, thread together the fittings and plug in the system. The pre-programmed controller is easy to use, with limited control options. This is a basic system. If ordering extension cables, make sure to get the CHNXU brand, not the FVTLED brand as the connector mating surfaces do not match. You also need to make sure there is an electric plug near the power supply box, or be prepared to use an extension cord. One thing I have noticed that is a little odd is these lights glow faintly when turned off, as if not totally off.Jan 2023 updatePower supply has failed. Lights no longer work.

This is a great product but unfortunately from China. The installation directions are a little confusing due to the translation. The lamps are actually quite a bit brighter than they need to be. We selected the warm light color and they were still very bright. We were hoping to use them imbedded in our deck but they were way too bright since our deck is nearly 70 feet long and a light every 4 feet or so was way overpowering. We thought about getting the extension cable to space them further apart but decided to mount them on the deck fascia pointing out towards our backyard trees and bushes just off the back of our deck. This actually created a cool effect.

I purchased these lights and my deck looks amazing. The vendor was awesome help with any issue I had. I definitely will buy again.

The only reason I don't give these lights a five star rating is because one of them didn't work. So rather than removing them all and sending them back, I settled for (9) nine lights instead of 10. But they are great and look awesome flush with the deck. You can walk right over them and it doesn't hurt them. We've had quite a bit of rain here lately and water doesn't even phase them. These lights are awesome!!

Bought one pack of ten. East to install. Bought a 1 inch whole bit. Fit perfectly. Works as it should. So many colors to choose from. Nice feature of the dimming mode. Since then I bought two more packs of ten. Equaling 30 all together. You can split them up or have the all on same control. I even plugged one up and let it sit submerged in a glass of water for about 3 hours with no issues. Higley recommended. Used on my back deck and lighting up my front porch entrance.

These worked and are currently working awesome in my lower deck. I've used they near the edge so you know were the edge is at night. I had bought some "deckorator" ones years ago. But I constantly had to replace them because they would burn out or short out from water. Only one of these did, and that was when I accidentally sprayed it with my power washer. I also like how the white light glows instead of a few led dots!

I MOUNTED THEM ON MY BASEBOARD MOLDING IN THE HALLWAY AS NIGHT LIGHTS. LATE NIGHT RUNS TO THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN ARE NOW PAIN FREE. ( DONT MISS THE STUBBED TOES , ETC. LOL ) I PUT THEM ON WHEN COMPANY COMES OVER AND THEY LOVE THEM , ESPECIALLY WHEN I PUT ON THE LIGHT SHOW. GOING TO GET MORE FOR MY FUTURE DECK AND FRONT WALKWAY.

These are exactly what we wanted...neat, little led lights for our steps. They sit totally flush & are really easy to install. As you can see in the pics, they work well, look pretty under snow 🎅 and are waterproof. They are all on one connection which plugs in to a power outlet...allowing us to have them on a timer... bonus!
