Much better than my old hood and looks good and modern. Very competitive compared with other name brands.

I opted for the ducted installation, and the airflow is excellent, efficiently removing steam and cooking odors. Yes, it’s a bit noisy, but that’s expected when moving high volumes of air. Installation was fairly straightforward, and the sleek design looks great in my kitchen. The touch controls work well, though they sometimes require a firmer press to adjust the speed. A standout feature is the tilting glass front, which helps capture more steam—or in my case, burning smells! The WiFi feature is pretty good—it integrates well with the Smart Life app, allowing you to adjust all settings remotely, including setting a time-off period. It’s a handy addition, especially if you like the convenience of smart home tech. Overall, I’m very happy with it. If you’re looking for a stylish and powerful cooker hood with great extraction performance and smart features, this is a solid choice!

Unfortunately waste of money. Does not collect any moisture into the container, very loud and it does not remove smells. Regretting not returning it.

In a flat with a window but no extractor in the kitchen. This is EXACTLY what I needed. It's brilliant. Bigger than I thought but doesn't eat up counter space. (Cuppa is to show size). 2 settings and it does what it says. Easy to use. Easy to move around/ position.

It looks lovely and it really extracts the steam but.....I bought this in July 25 but because of renovation work I had no kitchen till October. The item was safely stored in the original packaging in my bedroom. After I finally had a kitchen I did use it off and on. I live alone and don't really cook very often. I had this item maybe used ruffly between 10-20 times but probably less. Suddenly I had realised that sometimes it started then went off. Now nothing happens. The manufacturer hasn't had the decency to write back. Unfortunately because I have a very small house, I'm not able to keep all the original boxes of things I'm buying. But anyway I really liked it and I'm very disappointed.

Brought to replace an old hood but wish I didn't bother. Yes this extractor looks great and modern with touch buttons and black glass, but it is very nosey and only has 1 power setting. settings 1, 2 & 3 are all the same which I'd say is maximum. No difference in noise level between the 3, my old one clearly made a difference between the 3 levels. I'm guessing it must be a fault like others have mentioned. Returning it seems like a nightmare as Amazon won't send another to exchange it with. Asked if they could send another so I could put the faulty unit inside the new box so I can return it due to me not having the packaging from the faulty unit. Yes, I know I should have kept the box a little longer, but it was quite large, and I don't have the room to store it. Amazon would give a refund, but I don't think I would receive it until they have the unit back and I can't afford to purchase another one until I receive the refund on the 1st one purchased. So guess I'm stuck with the 1 setting model which is a real shame. Update 9th Dec 2022. CIARRA contacted me to see if were able to resolve my issue. After a few emails it was agreed another unit would be sent out as a replacement. Just received and fitted it now issue fully resolved. Cant recommend the customer service enough, thank you CIARRA.

It sucks steams, grease and smell, but it doesn't do a miracle. It has 2 speeds and it's quite noisy on the higher speed. Easy to clean the detachable parts BUT grease gets accumulated inside the fan and that is impossible to clean because you can't open the machine up to clean the fan inside; and this is the biggest downside. It shows that it won't be as efficient for too long (once the fan gets covered in grease), even if I change the charcoal filter monthly.

Dont buy it, it doesn’t do anything. There is no teal carbon filter, or any other real filter.

It stopped working after 2 days. Very disappointed

I have a small apartment and needed a solution for ventilation. I was hesitant to order one of these, not a regular one, but since I don’t have the system for it, I gave it a try and I didn’t regret my decision. I have it since last year and it works great as you can see on the video. Two option to change intensity, but even the lower sucks the steam in nicely. The water container is easy to clean. Packaging was pretty and they sent an extra filter too. Highest option is a bit loud, but not louder than a regular cook hood, it’s not bothering. I like the design too! I’m happy with the order!
