I do not like shacks at all. I knew that I needed more protein in my diet and my friend suggested these protein shakes. I chose strawberry because I thought I’d be able to handle the taste if it has strawberry in it. I’ve tried other protein drinks and they are horrible. These are terrific, the taste is delicious and I can drink them with a meal or drink them on the go.

42 grams is the highest practical amount of protein for a shake - more than that and your body struggles to absorb it. The flavor is also great for a shake - my wife hates artificial tasting beverages and loves this. Mix it up with a banana for a taste and nutrition bonus.

Purchased so many cases lost count. Strawberry is my favorite. This is very hard to find in stores especially Strawberry if you happen to find one you will find it has less protein for me its a win win with protein and flavor. Would recommend to anyone for sure
