This review is for a Poetic Revolution series case for the Samsung Galaxy Tab4, 7-inch screen.I tried a couple of bookcase style covers for my Tab4, but just didn't feel that if I dropped my tab with one of those on, it would provide adequate protection, so I opted for the Poetic case instead. It does take a little work putting it on, but I didn't have too much trouble. It only took a couple moments. I really like the Star Wars look to it. It has a slightly textured feel to it, kind of like sandpaper. It does not feel slippery at all. It feels very sturdy, and I haven't noticed any issues at all using the touch-screen. Speaking of which, make sure to clean your screen, and the protective screen this comes with, as thoroughly as possible before putting it on.The only drawback so far is that, as some other reviews have noted, the pieces that cover the power port and headphone jacks do not fold back and stay in place once you have opened them up. I'm tempted to just cut them off completely, but it hasn't been a major issue so far. Just a minor annoyance.I would definitely recommend this case.

BEST CASE EVER IN EARTH. I do not write reviews but I am going too. I bought this case 1 year ago after I received a new Samsung Galaxy Tab 4.0. I loved the case from the get go but never left a review.......I was looking for a shock proof, drop proof, all around super super sturdy case AND I FOUND IT!!! This this is EXCELLENT! I wish this company /brand made one for my iPhone 5c. I have an otter box case for it (the top of the line one) and while it's a great case, the rubber outer casing gets stretched out and loose on the edges. My otter box is only 7 months old (started at 4 months)! PLEASE MAKE A CASE LIKE THIS FOR MY IPHONE PLEASE! Not knowing "how great" this case would be by Poetic, I gave it a shot. My 10 year old daughter would sneak my tablet away from my room and play with it, lol. I was mad! I wasn't sure if this case, at all, and she is CLUMSY to no end. She can break something just by walking past it. There is NO Emily proof item on earth....except this case! I was shocked! She has accent my dropped it 3 times now (that I am aware of anyways as I saw it) and my tablet is perfect and no damage (knock on wood). The case doesn't even have any scuffs on it! I've also accident my dribbled some water in it, cleaned it up quickly and no problems! Didn't get inside case at all! The only thing about this case that can be frustrating is the fact it is a little difficult to take off (when I needed to make sure no water got in it). However, it's not a big deal! I actually expect that! It shows it's well built and doesn't get crappy after a year of use like 99.9% of all cases around. My tablet is nice and snug in there...fits like a glove! Not too tight, not loose....which is perfect. They really knew their measurements when making this case! I have a Galaxy Tab 4.0 7 inch tablet. Hope this review helps you make your choice! I was skeptical at first as I usually only buy a case in the stores. I like to see and touch what I'm getting. I can promise you this case is all that AND has exceeded my expectations! I was NOT paid to say these things at all either...just a super happy customer (that needs one of these for my iPhone 5c please!)**** I've attached some photos. Please excuse my case....it is dirty as my daughter has been using it (she eats and doesn't wash her hands before touching my tablet---I wanna scream!). Your case will not be dirty (around the power and volume buttons) like mine is. Just wanted to share pictures as I look for them in reviews!!

This is a decent quality item.PROS: It fit my tablet perfectlyCONS: It lacks an inner shock absorbing cushion that you will find on products like otterbox; the power supply cover tab stopped snapping into place within 2 daysOverall it's a decent product if you pay less than 20 bucks for it. I would likely pick a different product next time I need a tablet cover.

I'm very pleased with this case. As other reviewers have noted, the fit is perfectly precise. The placement for ports and buttons is spot on, and the on/off button and volume controls respond without fail to my touch on the appropriate tabs on the case. The casing is sturdy, and I trust it will add protection against typical knocks and bumps (though I'm not willing to risk my tablet by purposefully putting it through any paces).I bought the case for Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 nook. The one I received has a screen protector that fits snugly to the screen so that there is no perceptible difference between touching the screen protector and making contact with the actual tablet screen. I can't tell the difference between the response of the tablet with this screen protector versus without it. I've also not experienced any reduction in resolution. When the screen is off, I can see the screen protector if I look at it from some angles. But when it's on, the screen protector is clear as a bell.If I had a complaint, it's that this casing is a bear to get apart. It took several minutes to pry the pieces apart and get them back together with the tablet in place. I was afraid I was going to break it. Perhaps future models could include some sort of easy open tabs.I was really looking for a silicon gel casing like the one I have for my nook color; couldn't find one for this Tab 4 7.0. I'm glad I settled on this product. It offers the protection I wanted, doesn't impede the functionality of the tablet, and is reasonably attractive.

We got this case yesterday, so I cannot attest to it's longevity, however I can tell you I am very impressed with the construction and quality.It fits my Samsung Tab 4 7.0 perfectly. Very tight fit. Every port/hole lines up perfectly.The built in screen cover is AWESOME! No bubbles to worry about or the sticker peeling off, because the thin layer protecting my screen is built into the case!! This cover has zero interference with my touch screen. You can't even really tell its there between your finger and the actual screen.The material feels sturdy and very well built. I don't think it will protect my tablet should I chuck it across the room, but I think this case will really hold up to those little bumps and falls that a tablet is forced to endure.Should this Poetic case fail me, I shall of course update my review.**edit** After 10 months the case and screen cover are still in perfect condition.
