The BATCLIP shears is best worn on a belt behind the right or left hip, roughly lined up with the inferior point of the scapula. Unlike the original BATCLIP (which has a larger form factor due to the actual stethoscope it holds), the BATCLIP SHEARS holster can be worn in such a position while seated. It stays entirely out of the way until needed.
