The most amazing vitamin complex EVER. I have researched and taken many over the years and this is the absolute BEST by far! I have Fibromyalgia and these have helped. I can’t be without them. I put my parents on these too. They’re in their 80’s and it’s made a remarkable difference in their cognitive and physical abilities as well as mood. My mom hates everything and she raves about these. Worth the money! In my experience, within 6 weeks you’ll be amazed at how good you feel. More energy and a sense of wellbeing plus they’re so easy to take! The pill size is average. Take with food for best absorption. 🙌❤️😊

Notice a difference in my memory.
I have taken this medication for 16 weeks and see a difference mentally. I’m more focused and less forgetful. Added plus my nails have never looked so good. I only take two in the am. I’m a 75 yr. Old retired RN and have Never written a review on medications. PS … your urine turns yellow. I highly recommend trying it yet give it time.

Favorite vitamin!
My favorite vitamin Ive ever tried! And Ive tried many many many. This had everything I need and I only take 1 or 2 every day (recommended is 4 a day).

SOMETHING IS WRONG W THESE!!!
SOMETHING IS WRONG w/these!! I have been taking these for years and they are always a light yelloish powder in a clear capsule. When I opened these they have black stuff inside the capsule! See pix!

I highly recommend this product. I feel with more energy and I recall words and events/stories with ease. I accessed Dr. Daniel Amen's website and read about his career path, his investigation, and discoveries. Took the free quiz to find out what products work better for me. I'm 5.2" so I take 1 or 2 pills a day along with the triple Omega. Be aware that your urine color will change to a yellow-orange color, that's normal.
