Now Foods Supplements, Quercetin Phytosome 250mg, Balanced Immune System, 90 Vcaps

I love this phytosome form of quercetin, as it is more absorbable so I can take less, along with my zinc.

So far so good. Reasonable size, good value, and easy to swallow. NOW is always my go-to brand for supplements, they have yet to disappoint me with their quality or value. Will update if there's any issues!

Great supplement! Very easy to swallow and no odd odors that we noticed. The size is what I would expect for a capsule. Good value and our go-to for cold and flu season, and allergy season! Great if... --you want a supplement that's respected and easy to take. --you have a need for seasonal immune support. Price is very good for a 90-day supply. I will absolutely order again!

I can't say too much, because Amazon limits what can be said in a review of dietary supplements. I guess we cannot appear to be offering medical advice. So the bit of advice I would give you is do your research on ANY supplement you may decide to take. Talk to your doctor as well, to make sure there is no conflict with any medications you may be taking. NOW is a trusted product name in our household. Quercetin is naturally pigment in many Fruits, Veggies and Grains.

This stuff is powerful - I was not expecting the jolt of energy they gave me (took on empty stomach in morning alongside bromelain to boost bromelain effectiveness). It was a bit too much of an energy boost for me so I can’t attest to effectiveness over time. But certainly good quality and packed a punch. Be forewarned of digestive issues :)
