I’ve been using Nestlé Resource Active as a daily nutritional supplement, and it’s been quite helpful in maintaining my energy levels, especially on busy days when I can’t eat properly. The taste is pleasant (especially the vanilla flavor), and it mixes well with both milk and water. It feels light on the stomach and gives a noticeable boost without being too heavy or overly sweet. I like that it has a balanced mix of protein, vitamins, and minerals, which makes it ideal for recovery or general wellness. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the price — it’s a bit on the higher side for regular use. Still, a reliable product for anyone needing an extra nutritional edge.

One of the best protein shake. You can start feeling the result and energy in the first month only and one of the main thing is no reaction or side effect.

A good multivitamin. The ginseng in it gears you up, whereas the ashwagandha relaxes you.

The taste of vanilla is not good. The powder is not mixing well, the lumps very difficult to break even after mixing well
