Plantronics Blackwire 3200 Stereo Corded UC Headset With USB-C Connectivity

This has been a great headset for conference calls and webinars. I wanted something with a USB connection and a mute botton that didn't cost a fortune and this has been great. My only issue was on the first day, there was quite a bit of fiddling with installing the plantronics hub software (which was essential to get the mute button to work properly) and messing around with my settings to stop mute button notifications popping up. This wasn't an obvious fix, but I read a few website guides and it was easy to fix. But since I sorted that, they have been reliable and have good sound quality and are easy and comfortable to use.

It's super light, sits comfortably, and the sound quality is great. A really good product for the price.

Headphone and microphone very clear on calls. Sometimes calls are occasionally a bit too quiet, even with the volume on max but that could more be related to my handset (Pixel 2 XL) thus the reason for 4 stars. Mostly comfortable to wear, even with glasses.

The product worked for around 3 weeks, then just gave up the ghost. It is a shame because when it was working it worked really well. Integrated with Microsoft Teams well, i have contacted the seller about a return

Great headphones. I have then plugged into my laptop for work calls. I also have a set of Plantronics Bluetooth headphones that I never use. Reasons? Comfort and noise. I can wear these all day and not notice I have them on but better still is that as the earpieces are foam you can still hear everything around you perfectly rather than being "isolated" only problem is the wire when you forget and try and walk off :-) Hope you found this useful

Still working for over a year now

Product was as described and was delivered on time. Only problem I had was that connection was USB-C not USB-A but I only noticed after I'd ordered and had it delivered. I will use an adapter now to connect to USB-A

Good quality. Microphone picks up way too much though, people can hear everything going on in the office when using.

Buen aspecto. Sonido muy correcto. Buena estética, y materiales decentes. La espuma de las orejeras raspa ligeramente. Lo escogí porque es uno de los escasísimos auriculares con USB-C, evitándome los molestos adaptadores. Son buenos incluso para música.

A favor: - Plantronics son expertos en estos tipos de headsets. Yo compré el Blackwire C3220 Headset, el micrófono es de lo mejor, aisla mucho sonido exterior. - El sonido de los auriculares es bueno, suena fuerte y claro no tengo queja alguna. Están hechos para permitir escuchar sonidos exteriores. - El micrófono se puede mover de un lado o para el otro de modo que puedes decidir si quieres el micrófono en tu oreja izquierda o derecha. - El micrófono también se puede doblar o ajustar. En contra: - El micrófono tiene un límite de movilidad que al menos a mí no me agrada del todos, aunque se puede mover de un lado a otro lo más que me deja moverlo me queda a la altura de la boca, a veces quisiera moverlo un poco más abajo pero no se puede. En general es un excelente producto y vale cada centavo que pagué por él.

So far so good. I’ve only used this headset a couple of times and the sound has been great and microphone seems to work well which is something quite important for me as I always have video conferences/meetings from home. Sits comfortably on the head and is very light but looks like it’s good quality. Time will tell how long it lasts and exactly how well it actually performs.

I don't write many reviews, but this time I was compelled to warn others about this particular headset. It is the most uncomfortable headset I have ever used. The headband has zero padding. Wearing the headset for about an hour would leave a dent in your skull - no joke! Bald or balding people - beware!
