It’s a very good product but way overpriced. Will not buy often

The product comes well wrapped ..but on occasion will get dented. It's reasonably priced and snap eligible (you have your choice )of with the skin and bones OR without.. I eat this and I also give it to my dogs with their food occasionally because it's healthy for them.. Quick delivery,, inexpensive and tasty

Years ago, salmon patties were a culinary delight and were even offered at some upscale restaurants. They were usually served topped with creamed peas back in the day. My Mom jumped onboard the fad and we enjoyed salmon patties at least once a week. I've rediscovered my love of salmon patties recently, and have gone through quite a few different brands of canned salmon before trying the Bumble Bee brand. In my opinion, it's the best for making them. The texture is perfect and is not "mushy" like some others. If you've never used canned salmon it can be a little off putting the first time (I was used to it by watching my Mom in the old days), but just drain and remove it from the can and if you want you can clean it up a little by pulling whatever little pieces of skin, etc. remain and get rid of that. You can get over any unsure feelings by imagining how great it's going to taste! I use all including the bones (there are only the tiny little round backbone ones, they are not sharp, and melt away) and my recipe is pretty simple - crumble the salmon in a bowl, add salt and pepper and any seasonings you like, squeeze in half of lemon, add a small sleeve of crushed Ritz crackers (has to be Ritz) and one large egg. Mix up and form into patties, heat some extra light olive oil in a skillet, then fry until golden on both sides. Serve with more lemon wedges. So simple but VERY yummy!

excellent canned salmon: contains both the skin and pressure-cooked bones, which respectively contain fish oil and calcium .... [i've ordered these several times, but unfortunately, this last order looks like amazon sent me the last cans in their inventory, all four of which were severely dented and unsafe to eat and should never have been shipped] ...

Standard size can holds enough salmon for a big meal. The quality of the Salmon isn't best/not all clean salmon meat, but for the price it is a great deal.
