Janome 4120QDC-G Computerized Quilting and Sewing Machine with Bonus Quilt Kit

Perfect machine. Bought to make my first grandchild a baby quilt. So easy to use!!!! Great investment and would highly recommend!

Love this machine! This is a perfect all around machine. We are using this for a work project to raise money for our day program for individuals with special needs and it’s a workhorse. We are making totes out of upholstery samples from furniture store donations and it is a workhorse. This is our third Janome and is a nice partner to our two Janome Loft 100’s. It is fairly priced with loads of features and extra accessories that allow us to go a bit deeper with our project, we love it!

My wife loves this machine. She did her research and says it's better than Brother. Every time she uses it, she discovers something new and unique. This machine will outlast her. We are glad we bought it. Also, it's very, very quiet. She can sew in the living room while I watch TV, and it doesn't bother me.

This machine sews a straight stitch very well big deal even a cheep machine can do that. It has several must haves the automatic needle threader is wonderful it does take a little bit to figure it out in a months time I can do it in my sleep. It is one of my favorite features . You really need the automatic threader when you use another nice feature the one that cuts your thread automatically. When you use this sometimes helpful feature if you’re not careful when you start your next stitch the thread will pop out to the needle. The automatic threader will have you going again in no time. The embroidery features on this machine are so so they work under certain conditions right fabric, right thread, right thickness. They have limited size adjustment the lettering has no sizing adjustment which is disappointing but doesn’t matter because I have not been able to get the alphabet to work which is one of the big reasons I purchased this machine. It is very disappointing I wish I had tried it more before the time was up for returning it. The machine does sew a regular stitch beautifully but like I said big deal I could have spent half the money and got that. The machine comes with a large assortment of sewing feet including a walking foot which I have used the several times to make quilts and it works great. This Janome is easy to learn to use other than the lettering not working as I would like I like the machine. Would I purchase again knowing what I know now NO. If the lettering is not a big deal You will enjoy sewing on this machine it is a good quality well built fairly easy to use sewing machine.
