2 Stroke Outboard Boat Motor, 3.5 HP Outboard Motor Short Shaft Petrol Engine CDI System Inflatable Boats Outboard Motor

I've replaced the gasoline pipe from tank to carburetor. the old one was so soft it would not grip the nozzle. with YouTube guidance I have filled the gear box with oil, bought a new high quality spark plug, run in the engine for about 8 hours... now it's a good running engine.. but way to much work to do on a new engine THIS MAY BE THE WORST QUALITY CONTROL IVE SEEN. 1/. Instruction book useless. it gives no instruction on how to set up. THERE IS NO OIL IN THE propellor gear box... that has to be added... see youtube. The dry gearbox could have been a disaster 2/. It doesnt say if an impeller is fitted. there is an impeller in the box but no clue if it needs fitting or is a spare. After dismantling, I found, there is an impeller 3/. Pissing petrol out of the tank to carburettor pipe… I had to cut the end off THe pipe and reattach. 4. The engine cover is bolted on.. To get into the engine it’s three bolts and four Allen screws. It’s now running, smoky and noisey, I will try to run it on my inflatable tomorrow. NOT IMPRESSED SO FAR.
