Great quality & really works!
I was worried this would be cheap material but the chain is great quality & doesn’t snag at all. It’s actually so comfortable & it doesn’t bother me having it on all day. It’s really helping with having it so accessibile to aid in my quitting vaping. Even though there’s no smoke, it really helps my breathing & when you exhale through it your breathing slows which helps with anxiety. I’ve had it a few weeks & really loving it; totally recommend for anyone trying to quit vaping naturally.

Great Placebo
Currently on day 38 of no vape, with this necklace to give massive credit to. I thought the FUME was way too expensive, and this did the trick. I loved it because it helps with the placebo effect/oral fixation and is super convenient to grab if you’re having a craving. Only downfall is I think it needs a bit of resistance to emulate vaping but overall helps with breathing/calming down your craving. If you’re trying to quit, try using this to help!

Decent little device!
This thing is only going to work in tandem with the will power to quit if that’s your goal.That said it works well as a distraction and simulation of a vaping device.The air flow isn’t naturally as restricted as I’d like on its own, but simply lay a finger of the end while using and you’ll be able to get the result you’re looking for.It’s working very well for me so far. Build quality is great - no complaints here.

Great decision
I’d been smoking/vaping for more than 10 years. It’s great to feel there’s a little tool that makes quitting easier. It’s, of course, the will to do it what makes it possible, but having some help never hurt anyone.

Waste
I don’t know why I bought this. I used it one day and never again. It sounds like a good idea but it’s really not. It’s just hole. Not like you’re pulling a vape which is the point to quit. Waste of money.

Long
The chain is long. I can’t wear most woman’s necklaces cause they feel like they are choking me. This hangs well below collar bone. It’s also heavy.

It may just be me- but it didn’t really help with not smoking-
