Better value than buying by the bottle. Gluten free. And is darker/more flavorful than gluten free soy sauce.

Great flavor with lower sodium
Very pleased with the Tamari as it's got lower sodium than Kikoman's that I previously used. Flavor is excellent; my new go to soy sauce for cooking and adding to foods. My current big use for it is with tofu. I coat sliced tofu with the tamari sauce then coat wtih ground flax seed. Air fry the coated tofu for 10 minutes at 400F making a healthly protein meal with crispy outside coating. I love to dip the tofu in hummus. Very tasty IMO.

I like this much more that the big name brand there every asian restaurant uses.

Delicious
It's just like soy sauce without wheat.We use it on almost every meal. Has a nice smooth yet robust flavor. We really enjoy it.

Use all the time
I am planning on using this on everything. All the meat I cook is just always better with gluten free soy sauce on it. I bought large to pour into the small jar I always use. It is cheaper to do that way.

It's OK. The black-label version tastes better.
I use a LOT of gluten-free tamari, and am glad San-J continues to offer it. For years I've used their black-labeled variety -- such great flavor!! Deep and complex, -- truly as good as it gets, regardless of the GF trip. But this time around the black label was so expensive, I cheaped out and bought this instead. It's OK -- I can't complain. But what's a few bucks? Buy the good stuff, is my advice -- San-J Black Label GF Tamari. I sure will next time.

My favorite soy sauce
Regular soy sauce now seems like someone overly salted the food when I use it.This lower sodium version is much better, especially when dipping sushi rolls.
