I brought this to replace the first one that I have lost I have been using this every night to help me drift of to sleep and it is certainly helping Now for anyone else who is looking at trying this I can highly recommend that you just put the strap over your fingers just to help keep it in place and place it in the palm of your left hand you should just feel a pulsing sensation that shouldn't hurt If it does turn it down using the button Take some slow deep breaths counting up to 4 through your nose Hold for 4 and then exhale for 4 through your nose again It isn't an instant fix but give it about 10 nights and you should start to feel a difference Another tip is smiling as you breathe in as your body will start to relax easily And try not to keep checking the time as that puts more pressure on I can also recommend getting a 3d eye mask to wear It's really made a difference to my sleep quality I also have nature sounds playing to help block out the outside noise from my neighbourhood

Couldn’t feel anything and it didn’t help

This thing is either magic, or the best placebo ever. All I can say is that, early in the week I was in one of the darkest states of depression I've ever been in. I looked at these devices some time ago, but wasn't convinced...however, in desperation for SOMETHING that might help, I ordered one. And, well, since I first tried it, I've felt a little better - not great, not by a long way! But better than I was. And that's worth something. Now, who knows: maybe I would've felt better anyway. Or maybe it's the slight fear I have of the device (it's not exactly a 'pleasant' sensation...) that gives me a little adrenaline boost and then the adrenaline makes me feel better. Or maybe it's the slight discomfort it gives doing something similar, or is simply a distraction. Or maybe it is just a placebo. Or perhaps it works exactly as it says it does. 🤷‍♂️ I guess we'll never know. And in lots of ways, I suppose it doesn't matter. I bought this, used it, and now I feel a bit better. Do with that what you will. (For any wondering how it actually feels...it's like little electrical-shocks in your hand. The kind you might get if you miswire a USB lead...(less powerful than that, but still...)...or touch the terminals of a 9v battery with wet fingers (again, much less powerful than that ...)... Not that I've ever done either of those things. No no...course not. Who would be that silly...? 😂)

Ordered this suffer generalised anxiaty plus difficulty sleeping . This has been a real game changer it works amazing if I use immediately I start feeling anxious this helps so much. I hold it to go to sleep and sleeping so much better . I have 2 now 1 at home and one in my bag can't recommend these high enough

Don’t ask me how it works, but suffice to say it just does! I can only think it produces a tingly sensation that stops me mulling over my days before and helps me relax.

I personally couldn’t use this. It didn’t help me get to sleep if anything it kept me awake. It is small and useful for if you need to take it away or anything like that, but I personally don’t think it was worth the money and it wasn’t very helpful to either sleep either. It’s a bit complicated to figure out how to use it and how to change the settings so it takes awhile to get used to working out how to use it. There was no smell to it or anything like that I just don’t think it functions very well.

I thought this was a gimmick but for once it wasn’t!! Recommend you give it a go!
