Very sturdy. We have used them once. We did put parchment paper per habit. Next time we will try without and see what happens (how non-stick they are).

These USA cake pans are wonderful I highly recommend them. They are bigger than what I originally had and need to adjust my cake mixes to 2 boxes instead of 1. For a little bit more volume and height to my cake. I would definitely recommend these cake pans.

I am amazed how these just popped out into my hand as I inverted the cake pan. Every crumb came out, the cake was perfectly intact and beautifully browned. My cake pans were a warehouse purchase in “acceptable” condition. I see a tiny dent that will not effect cake shape or longevity at all. I love this brand! I fell in love with a muffin pan. My second purchase was the Pullman loaf pan, which I highly recommend. After this experience with the cake pan, I have now purchased two 9x13” with lids and a pie pan which are on their way to me. Next on my list will be the loaf pans! I think I’ll donate my Pyrex... They are a bit higher maintenance, in that they require hand washing and no metal utensils. However, washing up was a breeze with no food stuck in it.

Their products are amazing, great quality, sturdy and well made. Bakes evenly and always comes out clean. We have the bread pans, baking sheets and cake pans, all preform above average and will not disappoint. We even bought my dad some as a gift they are so great! Highly recommend.

Wonderful! Makes perfect layers for a tiered cake. Nothing sticks. Wonderful pans!

Update: I’m not sure what’s going on but every time I bake a cake they dome in the center. Never had this problem with my older pans. This results in having to cut quite a bit of the tops off to get a nice, level two or three layer cake. It seems like the sides rise only to a certain point and no further. Am not sure why but it happens every time. I’m ordering another brand and will test to see if this happens again. I ordered two sets of two pans so that I could have the capacity to do three layers. The first set came perfect. The second had a pan with significant scratches. So I returned it and got an exchange. The exchange came defective. As you can see by the photos the coating is off. They wouldn’t accept another exchange so returning the set for another try, as I love these pans! They are sturdy and cakes really don’t stick. So easy to clean. They will not stack so will have to find a good locale for them. I recommend these pans but with the caveat that the coating is properly done.

I will never buy another pad that is NOT made by USA Pan. This brand of bakeware is fantastic. The non-stick coating is truly not-stick, the sizes for all the items I have purchased are perfect. The pans are not lightweight and hold up well to heavy use. As for value, I personally do not believe they can be beat. I have purchased numerous items, for both me and another person, who now swears by them - cookie sheets, meatloaf pans, cake pans, jelly roll pans - I haven't found an item if don't like yet.

These pans are excellent. Very easy to clean, my cakes were easy to remove. I did grease the pans first and then put in a circle of parchment paper and also greased the paper. The cakes cooked very well. When I took the cakes out and placed them on a wire rack to cool down, the pans cooled down quickly. The cakes came out of the pans no problem and nothing stuck. I washed the pans in my sink and there was no peeling or chipping of the pans. Very happy with my purchase.
