This is a nice setting finish good value for a drying time okay? Nice colour no smell great coverage.

Good quality varnish
Covers well on both cork and MDF. Easy to apply and clean brushes afterwards. Dries to a satin finish. Works for me.

A drop of the good stuff!
I have a fondness for Rustin's products (if such a thing is possible for paint) as they are invariably offered in small sizes. It is easy to apply, if a little runny, it dries well within the 4 hour period and the satin finish has a nice sheen.

As Good As Ronseal.
Used 2 coats on two pair of natural oak bifolds. The satin finish looks good and the colour of the doors didn't really change - maybe a shade darker but not really noticeable . Really happy with result and would recommend product. (Only used half the tin).

Quick dry varnish
500ml tin of water based Quick Dry Polyurethane Varnish. Low-odour varnish that cleans up easily with wate and combines durability and convenience. Dries rapidly to a hard, protective finish that resists scratches, stains and general household wear. Have used this product in the past and find it easy to apply with good coverage.

Not great it's water based!
Two sizes available on Amazon one is 500ml and another 250ml both the same price so be careful what one you click on, not great being water based so can leave streaks.
