This laminator has worked great and is a great deal for the price! It heats up quickly and I love having options as to what size laminating envelope/sleeve I can use. I also like that it houses a paper cutter (and a few other items I can't recall at the moment!) so you can cut out the things you laminated on the spot! I had one problem with a laminating envelope/sleeve getting stuck in the machine (It was not because of the laminator being subpar; I am pretty sure it was something I did wrong!) 6 or so months after I got it and Amazon told me to contact the company as it was past the 30 days return window. I emailed the company and they quickly responded with directions on how to fix the jam. The person I was in contact with was very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this laminator for both quality and customer service.

I love this laminator because it only takes 60 seconds to warm up. It worked really well with the original sheets, but got jammed when I used an Amazon Basics laminated sheet. The customer service was very nice and patient. They emailed me detailed instructions on how to open the machine and remove the sheet. However, I couldn’t get the sheet out of the roller, and then they sent me a brand-new replacement right away! I definitely recommend this laminator. I just hope they’ll also sell more sizes of laminate sheets in the future.

Like many Chinese-made products, the instructions left a lot to be desired, and the overall engineering felt a bit basic. That said, this laminator is straightforward enough to figure out without much hassle. It feels reasonably sturdy for its price point and worked perfectly right out of the box. The included paper cutter is excellent for single-sheet use—it’s sharp and precise. However, the corner rounder was a bit of a letdown. It barely softens the corners, and it feels like a missed opportunity in the design. With just a slight tweak in engineering, it could have easily offered multiple corner angles for more versatility. On the plus side, the compact footprint is great—it’s barely larger than a loaf of bread, making it easy to store or leave out without taking up much space. I do wish the power cord were a foot or two longer, but that’s a minor and very subjective gripe. The laminator arrived securely packaged and was incredibly easy to set up. Once I reviewed the instructions (which, surprisingly, were clearer than expected), I laminated my first item using one of the included pouches. The result? A perfectly smooth, professional-looking sheet. The rollers moved the pouch through evenly, with no bubbles or jams. One feature I absolutely love is the flip-top storage compartment—it neatly holds the paper trimmer, corner rounder, binding rings, and hole punch. The design is sleek, modern, and the purple color adds a fun pop that stands out from the usual office greys and blacks. Now, here’s the honest truth: I used to roll my eyes at people who owned personal laminators. I figured, why bother when I could just use the school’s machine once a month? I do not recommend purchasing this laminator if you are in the UAE. The device is not compatible with the voltage used here, and this difference in voltage caused the machine to stop working properly after a very short time. It either does not heat up or completely stops functioning. Unfortunately, this makes the product unreliable and unsuitable for use in the UAE. Please check voltage compatibility carefully before buying.

This is by far the worst and most dangerous product I’ve ever purchased. The lamination machine exploded and caught fire on the very first use, sending out smoke and sparks across my workplace. It almost caused a major disaster and could have seriously injured me — my face was just inches away when it burst. I followed all the instructions carefully, used it exactly as directed, and plugged it into a normal outlet. Within seconds, the smell of burning plastic filled the room, and the machine literally burst into flames. We had to unplug it immediately and use a fire extinguisher. This product is a serious fire hazard and should be removed from the market immediately. It’s completely unacceptable that something sold for office or school use could endanger lives like this. I’m warning everyone — do not buy this machine. It’s unsafe, poorly made, and could easily cause injuries or property damage. I’ll be reporting this incident to the manufacturer and consumer protection authorities.

Love my laminator! Does the job nicely, came with a sample of different sized laminating sheets, most I have already used, however some were not the right size for any project I would need, therefore useless to me. The cutting tool is practical for smaller jobs, but not made from quality material, more of a flimsy plastic. I haven’t had a need to use the other tools that came with it. With that said, I use this machine quite often and am satisfied with its main function.

It was as expected. Small enough to store away or leave on my desk. Price was right. Lamination process is easy and good quality

It comes with corner cutter instead of using scissors to round off the sharp corners. Fast heating and ready in less than 3 minutes. Feed was smooth and very quiet with no sound at all. Also, there are no bubbles on the laminated photos.
