had to pay delivery and returns for bad fitting coat
Returned for a refund as shoulders were way to big. Never normally have that problem. Coat was a lot darker than advertised too. Cost me delivery and returns for nothing. Will never buy clothes again this way.

Very pleased with coat. Although I ordered medium , large arrived and is a good fit. I am size 12/14 . Good value . Nice coat. Looks good on. Recommend.
