prebiotic and probiotic
I prefer to drink a shot of it quick rather than dilute and sip on it as vinegar isn't the most tasty drink. Haven't noticed much change yet. However, I am going to try some more and continue on with it.

I don’t hate it
Still a little harsh which is to be expected with vinegar but all in all i like it. I replaced regular acv with this in my morning routine and it is much easier to get down, and tastes much much better

Didn't work for me
I take Apple cider vinegar for my stomach. The blend I usually buy wasn't available so I tried this, unfortunately I couldn't handle the flavor. I needed something I could just take a swig of, but this needs to go in a drink.

Please mix it with other juices.
It tasted really horrible. Don't see any real help it does.

Love the pineapple, do not care for the other flavors which are very bland.

Pleasantly surprised you will NOT be disappointed!
I’ve always been one to drink my vinegar, lemon, and honey homemade shots every morning and I hated it every morning!lol so I received this sampler package in the mail and have tried each flavor. Now, I have to say this is a very drinkable vinegar shot when you follow the directions (6-1 water to vinegar)! I am pleasantly surprised and am considering purchasing the larger bottle of pineapple! If you decide to try this product you will NOT be let down!!!! Great product!!!!
