Large cloth which is surprisingly heat proof.. Can be folded into multiple layers according to how hot the oven dish is. More control when removing dishes from oven compared to padded gloves.

They are perfect my daughter is a busy chef and knows what is needed in hot kitchen was very pleased to see me using one of the cloths in my kitchen. I have washed them they wash well. Putting it plainly they are value for money and I am sure they will last a long time.

It as thick as I would have liked, but l bought without that information, was trying to replace ones fro a commercial kitchen

I washed (@ 60 degrees) & shrank these cloths then used them to line oven mitts I make to use for myself. Fabric bit on the thin side, tho does the job, alright for the price.

Bought for my husband who is always using the tea towels to get things out of the oven and staining them. These are thick, heavy duty and incredibly useful. He was converted immediately.

I bought these for my son who's a trainee chief in a well known chain of pubs/restaurants. He kept coming home with burns on his hands because they never have any oven proof towels of their own, so we got these and straight away as he started using them the other senior chiefs tried to pinch them, but he put a stop to that. Anyway he said they are great and because of their size handy to double up. Since using them it's prompted his manager to act and get their own oven towels but always handy to keep in his locker ready for when they don't. His rating for this product is "excellent".
