Although the product had a 2-year warranty that covered these repairs, if a machine breaks down three times within the warranty period, how can a customer trust it after the warranty expires? After the warranty ends, every repair will only create an additional financial burden for the buyer, along with unnecessary mental stress. My point is that no matter how much someone recommends it, I would not suggest buying a Whirlpool product. Once their product enters your home, you will only end up spending your time getting it fixed again and again. Their customer care team keeps insisting on extending the warranty, and after seeing the product break down repeatedly, you eventually feel forced to spend another ₹7,000–₹8,000 on an extended warranty just to avoid high repair costs. My suggestion to Whirlpool is this: until your product quality improves, you should pause your business instead of fooling customers.

We got it delivered by promised time. The features are good. Performance is also good. Cleans dress well. The guidelines provided with the machine is easy to understand. Please note that it needs 16A plug point due to inbuilt water heater. Also note installation service dies it promptly, if you inform them personally. Otherwise it may be delayed.
