After reading some of these reviews, I must say I am very blessed that I received all pieces and their are no MAJOR defects. Although it *says* they are dishwasher safe, I hand washed them all and will continue to do so. Great product for the price in my opinion. Very grateful 🙏

Beautiful dinnerware! Elegant and understated design will be a classic. I’ve used it with silver chargers and it looks very dressy and works for any season. With the silver detail it isn’t microwave safe but no problem with it in the dishwasher.

Lovely dinnerware set with beautiful patterns. Soup bowls/plates are smaller. Really like the cups as they are good for tea or coffee. This set is not microwave safe thus 4 out of 5 stars. I have another set of Mikasa that i have used for many years and microwave-safe.

These are very nice. Subtle elegance. Not tacky, just right. All arrived packed well and intact. Dishwasher safe is a plus. Seem sturdy.

I've been wanting some china for a whole. I've seen the Mikasa Parchment online and really liked it. When I saw this set at black Friday sale price I HAD to order it!! When I opened the box (undamaged) I was thrilled with the pattern on the plate, until I saw the flaws. I pulled out 3 plates and all 3 had flaws in the silver trim-- it was rubbed off in several places and 1 was chipped. The first plate had a black spec in it -- could feel it but it wasn't something that would come off. It is embedded in the finish on the plate. The pictures don't show up as well, but even my husband remarked how bad they looked for new china. I am so disappointed. I do love the pattern but not this set with flaws. I haven't even taken any more pieces out to see how many are messed up. 3 plates was enough for me.. These plates appear to be seconds and should be labeled as such. I won't be able to ship them back for a few weeks due to my schedule, but will definitely be sending them back. Very disappointed. (But will definitely try to find this pattern of china that's not seconds- I love it!)

I was a little skeptical because of some of the reviews. The product was packaged properly and if looks AMAZING! Yes, it doesn't stack perfectly but honestly, who cares? I am really happy with it and would recommend it. It is even prettier in person vs the pics
