This cart is VERY good quality for the money, and is set up to put together quickly. A+ there. Would have gotten 5 stars, but for the silliest thing: The last step is to mount the VESA bracket onto the neck bracket on the cart - the holes that are tapped on the neck bracket do NOT fit the supplied M4 screws. Major pain in the neck......why would they send screws that dont fit????
