Very good sink and base and it comes complete with everything but the PT trap
Easy to assemble looks really good. It is a small sink, but that’s exactly what I wanted. Wash your hands and get out.

Perfect for itty bitty bathroom
I first thought a 24” could fit. Too tight. This 16” is perfect for the situation I have going on, as pictured. Slow close cabinet with some room is a plus. Quality faucet with no leaks are a plus! Be careful, the black sink is easily damaged; I put a scratch in the topcoat easily.

Vanity requires assembly
For some reason, I was surprised the vanity shipped flat and required assembly. No big deal, just not clear in the description. Wood is coated with a resin of some type giving it a higher quality finish, much better than melamine which I expected at this price. Instructions could be clearer, but good enough if you take a few seconds to study the parts and which direction things like gaskets have to fit to function. Of the 8 holes for the hinges, only 4 were pre drilled, again no big deal, but clearly should have been done at the factory. Dimensions are accurate, and for the price, I’d say quality exceeds expectations.

Too small
My fault for not paying attention to the measurements. This is literally a sink for a play kitchen. Not even for a small space because my hands barely fit to wash them. My son even hated it. I had to get rid of it
