Mr Moris Tuna Roe Powder Premium Quality Bottarga Kosher (50Gr)

Just back from a trip to Sicily and this is my new 'go to' ingredient' - it really brings the flavour of the sea to fish and seafood and adds a whole flavour new dimension - I was really pleased to find this great quality product on Amazon and have a speedy delivery, great service!

Always tricky to find bottarga in the UK. This one is Tuna rather then grey mullet roe but decent flavour and great value for money.

Lovely, excellent original Italian Bottarga. I had it with spaghetti. I would definitely recommend it to those who are familiar with the original Italian Bottarga.

Lovely mild flavoured Bottarga, not as strong as the grey mullet one, which is the reason I bought it, I needed something softer and lighter in taste, sprinkled over fish and seafood just to brings the flavour of the Mediterranean sea (so difficult to find here in the UK!).

Unfortunately I was not able to taste the product because when I opened the box the bottle slipped in my hands and fell off on the floor. The the glass broke in a lot of tiny pieces and was not able to recover any of the food. Bad luck

add a small spoonful of this excellent Bottarga to create a very flavourful dish; I have added it to black pasta and sauce based on garlic, tomatoes, white wine and selection of seafood - worked really good and bottarga added the extra "kick"; I am sure the same would work for risotto

The product seems of good quality but it smell and tastes a bit too much of cat food ( not that I have had cat food ) Probably just me but I don’t think I will be eating the rest of the jar. Cat food is just dehydrated fish and other bits so there is nothing wrong with that.
