Pleasantly surprised, not only are they Cedar as advertised, but they are high quality Cedar, plus brass center bars. They slid in my shoes like a glove, punt intended. I have expensive Johnston & Murphy Cedar shoe trees; these are practically identical. Great purchase, would buy again and would highly recommend.

I ordered Medium. I wear size 10 shoes. These fit just fine and will help hold the shape. I especially like shoe trees when polishing.Though these are great to do just that, they could improve the design and make them easier to remove from the shoes. They're tight ... well, they should be tight. So, pushing the heel forward on the internal spring is the way to get them out. But you don't really have anything to grip very well to push them forward while you lift the heel out. There's a little lip to lift them, but they could improve that to make it easier to also push them forward. If that was better, I'd give them 5 stars. But they still do a good job.

I'm pleasantly surprised by these shoe trees. The mediums fit my size 10 perfectly and they're well crafted.5 Stars!
