Innovative joint engineering
Tamashii Nations S H Figuarts did something momentous with their Flash figure. Besides achieving great sculpting with Ezra Miller's likeness and body proportions (which, by the way, look ridiculous in other competing Flash figures) they have managed to do something that has plagued action figures for a long time: engineering shoulder joints, hip joints, and knee joints that look anatomically realistic. Usually the shoulders would be too stiff, the hips would bend too low, and the knees would extend too far. These problems were resolved in a most innovative fashion with this Flash figure. Probably the main reason why a collector should own it: because it looks so realistic.
