Arrived on time, and immediately was plugged in to take a full charge.

Great Long-Lasting Battery!
I started buying cordless FLEX tools two years ago due to their lifetime warranty. Not only have the tools been great but so have the batteries. I decided to buy this "big dog" battery to use in my FLEX cordless shop vacuum. I wanted more runtime and this seemed to fit the bill. I have not been disappointed. I had an issue with one of my smaller capacity (2.5Ah) batteries and called FLEX customer service. They told me that the problem would not affect the performance of the battery but still sent me a replacement for free. I am a big supporter of FLEX, particularly their customer service!

Seems good
Take this review with a grain of salt. I bought this for the vacuum. It works good but die's kinda fast. That said maybe this vacuum needs more than the 3.5 for a good run time? This is only battery I have from flex so I can’t say for sure how a 5 or 10 battery would last. Obviously longer but I know those battery’s aren’t cheap. Anyway it seems fine and maybe I just need a tool that doesn’t need as much power and it’ll run longer I’m sure lol hope this helps someone

Nice solid battery
I bought into the Flex Power Tools about 3 years ago. I recently saw a good price on the 10.0ah battery and bought it from Amazon - who is a recent vendor for Flex. I also recently bought the Flex Miter saw which is a good match for this battery. A lot of power for the saw. I am very happy with my Flex purchases.
