probably good for tall/bigger person. I'm 5'2 and this is a body pillow more than lumbar support for me. My back doesn't even touch my chair at all. I pushes my half way up my chair. I tried it out for a while and it didn't provide any tpe of relief unfortunately.

I got this to replace the round lumbar pillows you see all the time. I have several, but they are just too rigid and full and with no adjustability. This is much more comfortable and feels like a nice supportive memory foam in my lumbar region. I'm going to use it for the car and it comes with a nice big strap I can slip over my seat so it's very functional. It provides nice support and feels like it's of good quality that will last a long while.

Specifically chose because it was supposed to have straps that help secure to a chair. Did not come with that as ordered. Doesn’t stay put and is not supportive.

This has become my lifeline. After a bulging lumbar bone issue I've been unable to sit comfortably for lind durations in the car, couch, work chair .. anywhere. This pillow purchase has been the best decision I have made because I can now sit with some ease with a lot lesser discomfort.

Really nice. God fabric which seems to breathe well and the straps are pretty heavy duty especially where they attach to the pillow. *Update Dec 2025 - One thing I'd like to see improved is for this to have 2 straps so it holds the back of the chair better. 1 strap cause it to sag and fall down and makes it a bit annoying. 2 straps would stabilize it and then it would be perfect!

This review after one year of use. Does the job . It support lower back pain when sitting for a long drive. Quality good . Breathable mesh 4* . It keep the shape ater one year . to bad it has no straps to hold in place when you sit in the car . I have to left my body to adjust it every time for this 3*
