Does this product contain petroleum?

It has a small trace of petroleum but is a non greasy water-based product that washes out the hair with ease.

Does it wash out easily?

I've used this for a couple of years. It washes out no problem whatsoever. Nothing like one of those clays or waxes that requires special shampoo or a couple of washes to get rid off. It washes out just fine, and with no extra effort at all.
