easy to set up, no large space needed, very effective on abs , arm exercise.
Easy to set up. No need for big space to place. Easy for storage. Very affective on abs exercise, arm exercise. i do it every night while watching TV.

Super multifunctional & extra compact!
Absolutely in love with this so far! It’s easy to put together, & very sturdy, & I love all the options you can do to optimize your work out. Not to mention I have a small house & the fact that I can fold it up & loan it against a wall or put it under a bed is extra awesome !

great value and works well
I love this rowing machine. Its compact and light weight and very quiet Theres an app for your phone so you can follow along and do the workouts with someone I especially liked that part so I can be sure Im doing it the right way. The machine itself is high quality I assembled it in about 20 minutes by myself. Affordable and an asset to my workout.

Best small investment in equipment!
This is an amazing small piece of equipment! You can do multiple exercises and it is lightweight, compact and easy to move from room to room. I love using it while I watch tv in the evenings.

It's awesome!
This little equipment is great. Assembly was fast and simple. It's comfortable and really helps target different abdominal muscles. I suffer from lower back issues and it allows me to exercise in a safe manner. It's a great addition to my home mini gym.

It works but the seat is very uncomfortable and I wish their could be resistants on the seat

Overall good
It is a good machine to work out however it is a little flimsy. The padding isnt thick but add a towel around and it is good. Overall, it is a good machine
