The price on this shake powder was good and it was designed to fit the keto diet, so I ordered it to give it a shot. I was excited to try it when it first arrived, but only until I took the first sip. It was advertised as having a "delicious strawberry flavor." When I mixed it up, it looked like a strawberry shake and smelled like strawberry, but the taste was only slightly reminiscent of strawberry. I have had many other keto shakes that tasted MUCH better. Will not buy again!

I don't know what changed in the recipe but I've been buying these all year without issues. However the one that I got earlier this month gives me diarrhea for several hours every time I drink it. It tastes good but it seriously upsets my stomach for whatever reason.

Purchased my second tub of strawberry. This is one of the best mixing and great flavors I’ve come across, cheaper than GOL, and just as effective, I believe. Finally found a reasonably priced, great tasting Keto shake. Hoping it works as well as the GOL vanilla, which just got too pricey and discontinued all the time, or out of stock, I should say. Will update with results. Trying to lose for my daughter’s wedding.

To be clear, I've never used water for these shakes. I've always used unsweetened almond milk from costco (in the cartons). I like the nutritional layouts, very high fat, very low carbs and the taste of the strawberry is good although very mind, WHICH ISN'T A BAD THING! It tastes like eating strawberry ice cream, it is a very pleasant taste. Wil purchase again!

The strawberry shake tastes very good, just like strawberry ice cream BUT, it does not make a very thick shake like other Keto meal replacement shakes. Even with using almond milk and adding ice cubes, the shake is still the consistency of strawberry milk.
